Ohai blog readers, MBY here.

I’ve been really busy studying and doing other really fun things, like heart attacking over the UT football game on Saturday night. I almost met my death in Yogurt Spot on 5th and Lamar when Colt & Mack let the clock run down to 1 second. And again when Hunter Lawrence kicked a 46 yard field goal and MADE IT!

Obviously the superior team won, and I lived. This leads me into my most recent activity:

Booking tickets to LA for the National Championship!
I am sooooo excited to be in LA for more than 8 hours and I cannot wait to spend the whole week with my adorable little, her adorable twin, and (of course) my bff. [3 different people]

We are going to do sooo many great LA activities:

Star Maps
Leave LA for Malibu (to walk ze dog)
Shopping
Eat sushi (catz love fish)
AND OBVIOUSLY
Root the Longhorns on to one more win and one more national championship.

Before I get there:
Arts+Crafts of Longhorn proportions…

I must go to bed now so that I can achieve sleep levels above 0, but I wanted to alert everyone that, Yes, I am alive, and No, I didn’t delete my facebook, but I was required to deactivate it for finals.

HOW TO GET RID OF A STUFFED NOSE WITHOUT DRUGZ

“I guess the massage is based on Chinese acupressure but I can’t be sure since at that time neither of us knew anything about it, and secondly, I’m not an expert at this now. There are only 4 easy points to massage, so it’s very easy to remember and always have it with you (in your head). Here how it goes:

Perform the below routine 3 times:
1. Perform 10 pressures on a cavity at the corner of the nostrils (point 1). You should almost close and open the nostrils when you do the round movement.
2. Perform 10 pressures on a cavity just below the corner of the eyes near the nose (point 2)
3. Perform 10 pressures on a cavity just below the ear, behind the earlobe (point 3)
4. Massage the earlobe 10 times (point 4)
After performing the above 3 times, you should feel immediate relief of your nasal congestion.It is advised to return on the above procedure again in about 10 minutes to make it more permanent or the congestion could return.”

If you are suffering from self-diagnosed allergies like me, this works well as a study break, but people tend to give you weird looks.
